I have a new T5 SSD which has caused nothing but problems. It won't allow me to copy any of my music files from an HDD. I keep getting the error code 0x8007045D. The message also says "the request could not be performed because of an I/O device error". Could anyone tell me what this means? Right this minute I'm  considering sending it back. Thanks.

i/o stands for inpunt output, if you tried to change the cable and port it means that you probably have a controller problem, if you are in warranty period have it changed, if you are in return time period return it and buy it again.

Have a nice evening!
