samsung ssd t5 issue

Hi

I have a strange issue with my T5 ssd and the software samsung portable ssd:

If I plug it in the usb3 port, my password is not recognized and the ssd remains locked with code error 11.

If I plug my ssd in the old usb port the same password is recognized and the ssd is unlocked.

Any idea?
