Hello,
i have a problem with my new S27R750. I noticed there are darker small dots beneath the "glass" I found 5 of those. there are only visible on white background, but rather annoying.
Should I return the display? Is this covered by the warranty?
Thanks in advance
Martin

@Martin__: Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue with your monitor. It looks like you might have some dead pixels, which would be covered by the standard 12 month manufacturers warranty provided they are not deemed to be the result of physical damage. If the monitor is less than 30 days old then you may wish to speak with the retailer to discuss your options regarding a refund or replacement. Alternatively, reach out to our AV Team via the link below, where an advisor will be able to assist you further.

Thanks for the reply,
the story continues… and it’s weird.
I clamed the warranty to the seller and it was DISMISSED because there is different SN number on the display and on the box/documentation(invoice).
And now I’m screwed , I have no way how to claim warranty or refund if SN is not matching.
I already contacted Samsung support but I got no response yet.
SN on the box/invoice CWWQH4ZN300227
SN on the display CWWQH4ZN300093D
Is there anything I can do?
Thanks in advance
I think I will make this a new topic because it's a very different problem.
