Samsung repairs

Do not send items back to samsung repairs a 48 hour inspection has turned into a 30 day nightmare , still dont have my laptop back and on top of that they havent fixed it , they have told me to wait and see if the device burns me again then return it and start the nightmare again. 1000 pound out of pocket and now have a device that may set fire or burn my child.

Do not buy any tablet or laptop from samsung unless you want to put your home or life at risk.
