Samsung Magician 7.1.1 performance tab and performance history are showing 0s and empty

Hello.

I have been using Samsung 970 Evo Plus 2Tb for a while and have noticed that my performance tab and performance history are always empty. The performance tab doesn't show any graphs and stays at 0s.

Samsung NVMe driver is installed, Magician software was reinstalled just to make sure
Windows 10

What am I doing wrong and how to fix it?

I have the same problem, but with Samsung 980 pro and standard Windows NVMe driver.

Does really nobody know what to do?
