I purchased a Samsung monitor. It is connected to my Xbox via hdmi cable. I can not for the life of me stop the pop up on the screen. “Auto adjustment: not available. I tried calling your help line I was told to try a different hdmi cable which I have done. Trying to get into the menu is a nightmare and from what I can see screen adjustment is greyed out. Surely there is a simple way to turn this off and stop the pop up every 3 second. Please someone help it’s driving me nuts. Thanks in advance.
