I have been using this very nice laptop for 4 months. Beautiful colours and great working ubtill yesterday when after standard using closed the laptop and opened today with a tiny line from bottom to the top. Thought that was some colour problem but is cracked. Service tells that is a physical damage and they do not repair unless charge. Avoid loosing money for this very expensive device or all  this brand products.

Doesn't matter what company you buy from none of them cover accidental damage unless you buy some form of insurance to cover this.

Screens just don't crack by themselves, if you or someone in your house broke it why should samsung pay for it.

Check your house insurance as it maybe covered through that.

The crack is so tiny I couldn't even see that by myself. It could even arrive damaged  because to notice the crack must be sharp angle and strong light. I have bought also Samsung oven which doesn't work properly but fortunately there is no screen on that device. Poor quality for this money.
