Samsung Flip Pro 55" does not auto rotate

We have several Samsung Flips here at work. Two Samsung Flip WM55B that does not auto rotate back when returned to horisontal. Can anyone help? Can't find anything in the menues about it.

Same issue with a Flip WM55B. Rotate is stuck in Portrait mode and will not turn the UI back to Horizontal despite removing from the wall and phyiscally rotating several times.

Have you run all of the updates? I did and that seems to have solved the issue. Not immediately but now everything is back to normal!
