1. Samsung take your money and then make excuses. The product is out of warranty but they don't support it so HEY HO! 
2. NO!

They are taking our money and ignoring customers. Its about their firmware updates and they don't want to support the Hardwar they sold so again HEY Ho.

KEEP AWAY. After 15 years of being Samsung Customer.. Never again!

BD Blue ray Player, Laptop and Washing machine.

They don't care.. i have been Samsung for a long time but need to move away. Was told earlier that if an External CD player doesn't work anymore because we don't support Windows 10 Firmware updates then ..............YOU ARE OUT OF 1 yr Warranty. Rubbish. SALE OF GOODS ACT SAY THAT A PRODUCT SHOULD WRK AS SOLD. Not as they feel like cutting you off?

When did you buy the Blu Ray Player? Within the last year yeah? If something doesn't work because of a software issue that's unfixable within the warranty period you should be fine to get something. You have 3 things broke though?

I would have thought they'd be rolling out windows updates after partnering with them (kinda) with the S21 series.

nope. they rely on taking fresh money and when they have it..... goodnight
