Hello I try get care package for my fabulous samsung galaxy Book 3 pro 360 and I ring consumer services they told me no after sales can someone tell me ifs true

Yes, 
I purchased one and at the time of purchase on Business account, the online option was not available to purchase Samsung care plus. Now they not selling to me as well. No one has proper information. Very worst experience, especially customer service on the phone.
