Hi everyone:

I am trying to register a new SSD that I bought a few days ago. I tried multiple times to register my product on Samsung's official portal.

However, all my attempts failed, and all I got in response is this: " Unable to validate your serial number. Please enter your model code." and "The model code provided is invalid."

Considering the above, I already suspect that the product may be a Chinese copy. Please help and advise if you know any things in this regard.

if the serial number you factor in is correct it may well probably be.

Habe you installed samsung ssd utility to see if it recognises the drive?

 I have tried Samsung Magician too. It's a clear copy. Hope it lasts for a while 😁

Copies do not last, perform worse and so on.

If you can contact the seller and ask for a refund
