Samsung 34'' Odyssey OLED G8

Hey!

I have a problem and it so frustrating. My Samsung Series 7 remotes and my Virgin V6 360 Remote controls my Samsung 34'' Odyssey OLED G8 monitor. so one of the problems If I turn my TV on it turns my monitor off. basically is their any way to stop this? I need to block certain remotes from access to my monitor.

@Jake95: Have you utilised the Universal Remote feature on your Series 7 TV to link your Virgin V6 360? Furthermore, have you registered your TV and monitor to the SmartThings app on a mobile device? You may wish to try de-registering the universal remote option from your TV to see if this helps, or heading to SmartThings > Menu > All devices > Select your monitor, and explore the remote control options from here to see if you notice an improvement.
