I have a Galaxy S20fe and have just bought a Samsung T7 ssd external drive, I have downloaded the app but allI get is a security screen to change name & password, when I unplugged the ssd I got an error msg saying I hadn't disconnected it safely, how do I do that please ? I can't find an info and I'm not sure to set up right on Pc etc.
