S-Pen for Galaxy Book Flex

Hi I have owned the Galaxy Book Flex but recently the S pen hasn't been writing properly and if I draw a line and start it's fine but when I start moving it its leaving lines 

PS I have s gf called Skye and her Book Flex has a problem just like mine

Can you elaborate on what you mean "when I start moving it its leaving lines"?  Like, are you getting lines where you touch the screen with your hand?

so when I draw with my. finger but it is the s pen but I have had it since September and it stops during I use it and says no warnings about the s pen

so Skye's Book Flex has started playing up but we have contacted Samsung and they will get our old Flexes fixed but they will replace it with a new item it might be coming before Christmas
