And now i have 528MB recovery partition which wasn't there before.

Same with me. I found a new recovery partition on my disk just next to the OP partition, which me too suddenly became grayed out.
After a little search I found someone who stated he understood how to resolve this. According to him it is linked with this new recovery partition just next to OP partition which makes Samsung Magician struggle so it kind freezes it out.
This guys just deleted this mysterious new recovery partition and voilà ! It made sens because before apparition of this recovery partition OP was not grayed out in my case + the size of this recovery part. was not the same as my legit recovery part. (like half its size).
So I just did like him and with powershell admin, diskpart just deleted (carefully) the new strange recovery partition and right after that OP in Samsung Magician became available again.
Problem solved.

All, I found that issue is that Samsung Magician is greyed out is due it to not having enough space to setup the over provisioning. It stated that recommends 10% of your drive but not sure if that is formatted 10% or total compacity 10%. On my drive, I had a 1 TB SSD, Samsung Magician that need 96 GB. I had 94.07 GB and the OP option was greyed out to me. I am using a 860 EVO SATA 2.5" SSD 1TB
Hope this helps you all.

1 diskpart
2 list disk
3 select disk "x" (where x is the number of the disk you want)
4 list partition --> to see partitions
5 select parition x --> choose the recovery partition
6 delete partition override --> this will delete the selected recovery partition
You can, then, refresh overprovisioning, remove the unallocated overprovisioning, and configure it again, if you desire.
