I bought a Samsung Odyssey G7A IPS HDR Gaming Monitor 28" and when I openned it I found 2 dead pixels and an issue with the displayport (sudden flashes) . I oppened a ticket in Samsung Greece and their technician came 2 days later and verified the problem.
After a few days the Custommer support called me and informed me that , althought the acknowledge that the product is DOA, they will not replace the monitor but they can fix it if I want. I asked why they do not replace it and they said that the monitor was not imported by Samsung Hellas!!! Is
So the question is if this is compliant with the Samsung Global Warranty policy?
The shop sold me a Samsung New product. Why shound I care if this has been improted by the local Samsung Representative.
