Dears
I have problem with Nvidia GPU it keep crashing every time using it in game or graphics software
when i checked it with GPUz the bios is unknown so i need help how to fix the GPU bios ASAP

and formatted the PC with windows 7 and 10

What gpu do you have? On which os are you? And did you use geforce experience to install the latest driver available for your gpu?
Have you tried to use DDU to uninstall the driver?
