NP RF511 15.6" Nvidia GPU bios crashed

Dears

I have problem with Nvidia GPU it keep crashing every time using it in game or graphics software

when i checked it with GPUz the bios is unknown so i need help how to fix the GPU bios ASAP

i tried that also i tired older version 

and formatted the PC with windows 7 and 10 

but the bios still uknown and the issue still the same

some time it could be the fan or cooling system, that my your laptop crashes, if have a cooling pad use it see how it goes, if not you can get one in computer shop or amazon ect.. cost around £20

also tried to clean the fan and renewed  the cooling paste , but nothing change 

as i told you the problem with the bios it can't be readable by any GPU software 

i just need to know the good way how to install the bios again 

i tried some methods on YouTube but it doesn't work on this model

you should contact nvidia with your issue. Being a Samsung forum, you're looking and asking in the wrong place.

What gpu do you have? On which os are you? And did you use geforce experience to install the latest driver available for your gpu?

Have you tried to use DDU to uninstall the driver?
