We’re currently rolling out the Samsung Notes PC update (v4.3.417.0) in phases.

For New Samsung Notes PC Users
What is Samsung Notes PC?
Samsung Notes PC is a dedicated note-taking app available for Samsung PCs and Galaxy Book devices.
It offers a similar experience to the Samsung Notes mobile app, but optimized for the PC environment.
While the PC and mobile versions run on different platforms (Windows and Android), they can be synced via Samsung Cloud.

Here’s the third feature we’re introducing. A feature previously only available on mobile—cover creation and editing—is now supported on PC.
3. Cover Creation & Editing
- You can now create and edit note covers on PC, with full sync support to your mobile device.
- Covers can be organized into 11 categories.
- When you enable the cover option under the title, you can choose the category, cover style, and colour.
Now you can create and customize colourful covers on the PC version, too!

The update schedule may be delayed or cancelled depending on internal circumstances.
