No Disabling 5G

Any idea why there's no way to disable 5G on any networks home routers??

Considering, there's no evidence proving 5G is any faster or better. I'd rather have 4G. 

Does anyone know how to have home WiFi with 4G only.? Thanks in advance.

Thank you for responding. 5G is dangerous and affecting my health and I rather have 4G. I'm inquiring about my Spectrum home WiFi router. I've already disconnected 5G on my Samsung phone. Big difference. But I still feel the effects of my home router 5G. Thank you again.
