No 5G/Cellular on Galaxy Book 360 Pro

I just purchased a Galaxy Book 360 Pro and I've been using it for a few weeks, I thought I'd try the cellular out and to my surprise it doesn't seem to be working, it says "Disabled" in the network adapters page and everytime I click enable it will say its enabled then say disabled again, I've tried updating the drivers with a few different drivers I've found but still facing the same issue, everything else seems to work apart from this, does anyone have any ideas what I could do to get it to work? or if the part is available to purchase?

No, I inserted a pysical sim card, how do I do that?

This is available only via some providers here in the UK. To activate this you will need to reach the network provider to get a plan for this device.

This shouldn't hinder me using a phisical sim card though? I have a data sime from my provider but it just doesn't have any settings or anything to use it, it just says disabled and will not enable
