Hello,

I just bought the new M5 (LS27AM500NRXEN) monitor and I'm trying to connect my Windows 10 laptop using a wireless display connection but I don't se my monitor on the list and it can't be discovered.

I see my Samsung smart TV (2018) in the living room just fine, but no M5 monitor.

Please help to resolve this.

Otherwise I'll have to return the monitor and get an LG one.

Hi,
Make sure the display supports Miracast and verify it's turned on. If your wireless display doesn't, you'll need a Miracast adapter

I have the same issue after update firmware to 1210. Samsung support line wants my monitor for "repairs" since the firmware downgrade is not an option. The whole experience with LS27AM500NRXEN is weird, starting from HDR issues, display tuning and now lost key functionality.

I wonder about their quality testing before global release of such updates.

I literally tried everything, as both my laptops cannot connect to M7 wireless display anymore. Thank you Jaroslaw, now I know - my firmware is also 1210 now. $$#!#.

Will try to revert to 1101 with USB drive - https://www.samsung.com/us/support/downloads/?model=N0054406&modelCode=LS32AM702UNXZA
