Hi
I have read many post on this subject from many owners.
My panel is running 1013 which is the latest listed here :-
firmware https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/LC49G95TSSRXXU/
the unit is unable to be brought from deep standby (ie blue light steady)
if the blue light is flashing the unit powers on every time.
I have tried every solution from ever post and arrived with the following conclusion
the monitor has a firmware bug in deep standby that prohibits the monitor from exiting standby when connected by Displayport
can anyone help or suggest how this issue to raised in Samsung? surely its not a return.....

Hopefully to help others.
on my 3rd LC49G95TSSRXXU now.
I can confirm none have come out of deep standby without pressing the button on the bottom. the have all shipped with 1010 firmware. Neither 1010 or 1013 makes any difference to the standby problem.
the second monitor had a power supply buzz which i think only happened after updating to 1013. i can see no improvements between 1010 and 1013 so i wouldn't rush to update what is not broken. (other than standby)
hope my experience helps someone.

Update. monitor started working out of standby following Nvidea firmware update.
