Order cancelled could be for a multitude of reasons....
Stock availability
End of line product
Finance refusal
Payment issue
Previous fraudulent activity
The list goes on......
Refund should be automatic after the cancellation so as long as the agents have done the correct process, refund is normally within 10 working days.
