Hello everyone, not too sure if I am posting this in the right place - so please forgive me! I sent my Samsung Book Go in for repair some time back and I have recently received a message from Samsung stating that unfortunately they were unable to repair my product but would be in touch in 2 days to discuss a solution to the matter. It's been 4 days now and I still haven't heard from them. Also I forgot to remove my Sim and sdcard prior to the laptop being collected (which I realise is entirely my fault)! I enquired with Samsung via Messenger if they could locate the Sim and sdcard and send back me. They took all my details and said they would contact the repair centre. I haven't heard back from them either. I live in the UK. Is there a UK number I could ring or can anyone from Samsung advise me please, as I am really not sure what to do. Thankyou in advance!
