Invalid SN/IMEI When redeeming cash-back for 980 1TB NVME - Australia

I purchased a Samsung 980 1TB NVMe M.2 SSD via Centrecom (Frankston) today, explicitly because of the cash-back incentive:

When filling out the cashback form I am told the SN is invalid, no matter what I do. I have taken the product out of the package and ensured I am not getting any numbers or letters incorrect. Who do I contact to remedy this issue? There is nothing I can do on my end.

Solution:
In short, the Samsung product you have purchased is not registered in the relevant cashback provider's database, once it is registered, the application form will successfully accept your order. You have come to the right place, one of the Samsung Community Moderators should be able to resolve this issue.

For promos it often can be worth having a scour through the longform Terms & Conditions to see if there's any contact details for a support team who handle it to see if they can help with any claim issues. For this promo I found:
