I was charged twice?

I ordered a monitor online and it came just as expected. However I noticed another charge of the same amount that deducted from my bank account. It is labeled as an "MC Authorization" and I don't know what this means? I also see another charge labeled "Debit Memo." Are these temporary? I was charged these twice for the exact same amount.

@browsingtemporarily  Hopefully this is in he process of being sorted., hope you are happy with your Monitor otherwise?   As far as I can determine MC  means Marginal Credit   and a Debit Memo   is a  Debit Adjustment. Certainly should be refunded.
