@SteveT28: Are you attempting to install the Service Package via Home > All Apps > Samsung Update > Click 'Install' next to the relevant app, or hit 'Update All' in the top right corner of the screen?

If so, and if the update is not responding, try restarting the Galaxy Book2 360, then follow the steps above once again.

I was just using the Samsung Update app on my Taskbar, I just get the msg... service package reqd etc, and as I said, I click yes to download/install and nothing, no download etc.
I have not tried to install manually. I contacted HELP and tried various things, still no better. They suggest a full reset so have to back up new photos/files etc first.

I had the Update App in my taskbar, clicked that, got the timer wheel, then the Service Package msg, clicked yes to download and nothing.
Uninstalled/reinstalled the app, tried again...same result.

For info.
When I needed to update the last time, I got an update screen where I had to enter the model No and select the windows version from a drop down menu. I cotacted tech help as I had never had that before, they said it was just so the specific updates for that model where installed.
I didn't get that this time or find it manually.

Samsung Update is not responding, I get the above msg, click YES, and nothing happens. There is no download. It just clears the message and reverts to the desktop screen.1736521691618.jpg
