Hud problems Samsung C32JG52.

Owned this monitor for 6 months and so far I was very satisfied. However, I can not get into the HUD where you can make the respective settings for the monitor. When I use the joystick of the monitor I can adjust the brightness, sharpness and contrast but not the advanced settings such as color blind mode etc.. Please help thanks in advance
