I have a new Samsung 7 tablet but can't open the memory card drawer

use the sim card opener place in slot

doesn't have a sim card

on the side it should have an outline of a sort long ovel shape and a little hole in the side of the ovel try and slide a little pin into the hole it should open up a tiny draw hope I helped

the tool is called a sim card slot opener.

thanks, I have tried inserting the ejector pin but the drawer doesn't open

the problem is now resolved! I ended up speaking to someone on the Amazon IT helpline who told me not to use the key pin supplied but a paperclip and to apply a great deal of pressure. Hey presto, the magic drawer opened! Yippee
