Gear 360 (2017) Action Director Windows version -" Only the administrator have the right to activate the programme"

I have loaded the software, I have not been asked for any activation code and am told I have to be an admin to run the programme.  I have tried running as adminstrator and get the same message.  Without access to the editing my Gear 360 is useless.  I have spent over 3 hours reading up on this and I do not appear to be the only person having probalems.  I cannnot find an app for my ipad otherwise I would use that instead
