Galaxy book sound issues

My new Galaxy book is OK but I have added a number of devices via a USB hub

the mics seem to cause an issue and I cannot access the sound settings page

when I click on the sound setting button in settings the page freezes and I cant access the sound setting

Also in Teams my mics are not seen and I have had intermittent issues

any ideas form anyone?
