Galaxy book smart switch

I recently got a Samsung Galaxy Book Pro 360 and I've downloaded and updated the Galaxy book smart switch app on both my old HP laptop and new Galaxy Book. The two devices connect for a few seconds but then it says the connection was lost. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? Any solutions?

you may try below

► run "Samsung Update" app on your Book

► update all software if available

► turn off and on both devices

► you may try other cables too

Thank you! Everything is up to date and I can't use any cables because the galaxy book only has ubc-c ports 😕
