I recently bought the samsung galaxy book s ive had some updates including a samsung electronics one, for some reason this one won't install. I keep getting error and a code (0xc0870006). I have googled it but can't find a solution. Can anyone help? Thanks.
There are similarities with the Surface Pro X, also an ARM64 device, that also seems to have its last firmware update (June 15 2020) run into this very same issue. Supposedly the firmware update actually gets installed properly, but somehow does not register as complete. Consecutive installation attempts fail. Microsoft supposedly is working on a fix.
