Or they are more popular because they are cheaper. Both will get W11 eventually anyway from Windows Update when the devices are actually proven ready for it. A lot of early adopters who have forced the upgrade are now struggling with performance hits (AMD Ryzen), BSODs, messed up taskbars and broken start menus. Not to mention Hyper-V being broken too. It's really a good idea to wait until the first major update for any new Windows version.
