Galaxy Book Pro Freezes After Windows Update

I have just updated Windows 10 Home on my newly purchased Galaxy Book Pro. I restarted the laptop but now the update has frozen. I am left staring at a blank screen with "Restarting" frozen in the middle of the screen. What is the workaround to get back to normal?
