I have  a thread on yesterday's Samsung Unpacked which concentrated on the New laptops, however thought I would also include information here  and delve a  bit deeper into the specifications.   These devices embrace the Technology of an enhanced eco system and are designed to work  seamlessly with other Galaxy Devices as part of an   IOT Network.   Samsung  enabling consumers to stay connected, work, learn and socialise Pat of a collaboration  with   Microsoft and Intel.   Users  can experience smoother and more creative opportunities.  The devices are thinner (half the original thickness) but more durable and 200 times more vivid. Designed to produce the Mobility and Freedom of a smart phone  with the power  of a computer. Samsung's first Windows Pc's with an Amoled Display and the added benefit of   S Pen support  on the Pro 360.

See more details here:  https://news.samsung.com/global/the-samsung-galaxy-book-pro-series-mobile-computing-for-the-connecte...     prices in the Uk start from £1099, trade ins available for Mobiles,Tablets and Smart Watches.     Free Galaxy Buds pro available for a limited period  https://www.samsung.com/uk/pc/galaxy-book/galaxy-book-pro/buy/

The short circuit video said the frame flexed very easily when pressed upon

@Harveyx1 May be better without a Mat, though Short Circuit reviewer whilst impressed with display was not too keen on the chassis.

I am going  to share a  short Hands on  In London from  The Tech Chap, though  just quick test and more detailed analysis will follow later.  It also includes the new standard standard Galaxy Book which retails from £699 but with a less   stricking 15.6-inch FHD PLS.

In the short circuit video he did think it was because of the mat but when he took it off it it still flexed alot even to the point where you can click by just pressing on the underside, hopefully they can fix it before the release but I doubt it at this point

The flex is due to the thinning down of the chassis and the construction materials. They cannot fix it without a complete redesign and massive price hike to accommodate stiffer materials required to negate the flex. Essentially don't pick it up one handed where the touch pad is.

@antikythera  Good point @antikythera , essentially some compromises and  should be mostly able to avoid The Flex.

Hi,

How does one charge the S Pen on the Galaxy Book Pro 360? Where do we attach it to the laptop to charge it?

Hi @Members_hYy4Am1  According to this article there is no need to charge the S Pen separately.  https://www.gizmochina.com/2021/05/15/samsung-launches-the-galaxy-book-book-pro-and-book-pro-360-glo...

Hi James, Thanks for the link. That does seem a bit strange. I have Tab S7+ and it has the same S Pen. I tried charging the laptop pen on the tab and it charges via the strip at the back.
