I have lost the S pen that came with the Galaxy book pro 360. Well.... correction, my 3 year old has lost the pen. Grr!
I am disappointed that there is no way to track/locate it. I thought at least it would have some kind of alarm/notification to say when the pen was far away from the pc like my phone has but no, and it seems an impossible task to replace it! I was advised on video chat that the pen is not available to purchase separately but a replacement could be arranged but calling tech support was less than helpful (told me to call different spare part companies) it is not covered under the warrantee I purchased directly from Samsung along with the laptop.
Am I missing something here? Obviously I'm not going to buy a whole new laptop for the pen but surely there has to be a way of getting a replacement?
