fingerprint reader no longer works or is detected as a biometric device hence windows hello now have to use a pin, Is there any eta on a fix or a working driver?

Hi, @nexy33. You should be able to get this working as expected with a few tweaks. It seems to be an issue that arises after a Windows 11 software update. There are various tutorials online about how you can resolve this.

Hi thanks for the quick reply I tried that one no luck it's not helping that the biometric sensor is not appearing in the device manager I just bought a USB one from amazon and stuck it in the side for now till a patch or some update fixes the internal I also tried the registry one in policies
