Galaxy book 3 360

Cam anyone help just got my daughter a galaxy book 3 360 and she has just opened it. Am I being crazy or should the laptop come with at least 50% charge out the box hers is complete dead that is not normal for a lithium ion battery hope someone can help

No necessarily. I just received mine and came the same. If you will read that quick start guide is saying that you should completely charge your battery before to use the laptop for the first time.
