my laptop will not load windows i can only get to aptio setup  it starts to do automatic repair then screen goes off i've tried just bout everything any suggestions?

It could be its forgotten where windows is located.
You will need to find out your boot device and tell the bios where to find it. If you get it wrong, noting will happe and start again.
On the second picture the boot override and hard drive is a good place to start, scroll down and select it.

What Pete00 said is right, your laptop may of forgotten where to boot from.

However, if after changing it still doesn't work, either the drive has died, or you need to reinstall the OS via a bootable USB.
