What surface were you using the laptop on when it gets hot.

What power/performance setting do you have it set to?

What are you doing on the laptop when it gets hot.

Not sure what country your from but the ambient temperature has been hot over the last couple of days in the UK.

I have the 15" version and the underneath and top centre part of the keyboard gets warm.

I have purchased Book 2 Pro 360 during launching in India. The Laptop was delivered to me on 11.04.2022.

Since then it becomes very hot even for browsing  and WOrd processing type of works.

Device name BOOK-4AIVPS9KT1
Processor 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1260P 2.50 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.6 GB usable)
Device ID 79489D6C-C432-46D4-9312-13D95EBCBC8D
Product ID 00342-42312-84198-AAOEM
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch Pen and touch support with 10 touch points

Suggest me a solution.

I am much worried. I am still carrying my old Dell for my presentations.

Shall I approach Samsung Service Centre?

Hi, @Book 2 Pro 360. I have slightly edited your post to remove your personal information (e.g. email address), as we would encourage you not to disclose this on a public forum.

With regard to the concerns you have about your Galaxy Book2 Pro 360, can you please confirm whether the laptop gets hot irrespective of whether you use it in laptop (e.g. with the bottom of the device sitting on your lap or on a desk) or tablet orientation?

Are you also ensuring that the vent at the bottom is not covered for an extended period of time?

I look forward to hearing from you.
