G8 OLED experience so far

So my experience so far with the G8 OLED 34".

Got it at launch - had to return the first one due to the Micro DP port not functioning and not picking up ANY laptop or PC.

Second one and a month in this appeared...  Grey lines down the screen was fine thisafternoon and suddenly in the evening this happened - tried the whole turning it off and on again and power drains etc but to no avail.  strange lines appearing NOT burn in

I'm having this same issue now after only a month of ownership. Was this ever resolved?
