The fingerprint scanner on my laptop keeps being disabled. This has only happened relatively recently but I can't work out why. Anybody else have this and more importantly anybody got a solution? I can't work out how to turn it on after it has been disabled either. I am getting the following message on the Accounts/Sign in options screen - We couldn't find a fingerprint scanner compatible with Windows Hello Fingerprint
