Hi,

I own a galaxy book pro 2021 15inch model. When I connect my charger into the non-tb4 USB-C port it intermittently charges and also when connecting my DisplayPort monitor to this port it disconnects all the time.

I'm running windows 11 beta. Is this a hardware or software fault?

It's whatever build of W11 you are actually using causing this. Are you using an Insider Preview build or the RTM build? W11 has been released (the RTM build) but even if you're using the release version on hardware that doesn't officially support it yet you can expect such issues.

I've factory reset the laptop and restored it to windows 10 and the problem persists. As I thought this need to be repaired so I will contact Samsung.
