Hi, I have a faulty laptop and Samsung have advised me that I will need to send it back for repair. I have had an email today directly from DPD that 'my Samsung support order will be delivered today'.
I'm just a little confused as I want to be prepared, does this just mean a collection? Also do I need to package it myself, or will a box be supplied? I've not heard any further instructions from Samsung so was hoping others might have had this experience?
