I have a QM65R Color Display which is installed portrait orientation in my shop window. This works fine with our images (like the one in the attached picture), But if we try to run a video, then it turns sideways. I’ve been told to select Display Orientation in the menus, but it’s greyed out. Anyone know how to resolve this?
@Angusssss: According to the user manual, the Portrait option for Content Orientation is not available for contents with a resolution higher than 3840 x 2160. With this in mind, you may wish to try displaying a video at a lower resolution, to see if this helps.
