Has anyone else order the Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 recently? I placed my order in June and because I wanted burgundy, the expected delivery date was July 22nd. I was fine waiting but as it got closer to the date, it changed to "in process". I continued to get emails saying the delivery date is still on time but never got shipping info. Now that's it's the 23rd, it says "there was an unexpected delay". My account was even charged on 7/15 which I know never happens until it ships. Customer service is useless, as I'm sure you all know. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
