Make sure you record every step of you unboxing any Samsung purchase. I spent money on a screen protector just to put it in the bin 2 minutes after signing for it! There's always assistance when buying but never when you have a complaint. I'm selling my 10 day old s8 ultra and going Google Pro, instead of S23u. Google appreciate their customers!
