Claim a Chromebook

There's currently an offer on to claim a Chromebook 4 when you purchase one of the S21 series, when you try to claim it you can get up to step 5 but then the page doesn't load meaning you can't complete the claim

This is exactly the problem I was having, then I found a comment where someone said that when they ask for the IMEI number, put in IMEI2 number, not IMEI1, then continue. On the next step they will ask you to upload your correct IMEI number and there will be an upload button. This is what I tried and it worked! I've since had emails and texts to say my claim has been cleared and I will receive the chromebook in 45 days! Good luck!
